The Integration Management Office (IMO) provides centralized oversight, coordination and support across integration efforts. The IMO ensures alignment with strategic goals for the integration through comprehensive program management, proactive risk management, resource optimization, effective communication and change management. This includes supporting the Integration Executive Committee (IEC) and Integration Steering Committee (ISC), providing project management for task forces and working groups, and facilitating the functional integration process.
