
Equal Opportunity & Title IX Discovery Group launched in February
The Integration Management Office (IMO) launched the Equal Opportunity & Title IX Discovery Group on February 4, 2026. This rapid discovery group plans to present findings to executive sponsors by the end of April 2026. The group is conducting initial discovery work to learn about current Title VI, Title VII, Title IX, and Pregnancy and Parenting policies, processes, practices, resources, structure, and culture to understand similarities and differences. These laws work together to ensure equal access and opportunity across education and employment sectors. This team is a robust group of subject‑matter experts from both the academic campus and the health campus, including investigators, Title IX coordinators, HR leaders, hearing officers, compliance and legal professionals, student conduct leaders and campus partners. This work will set the foundation for informed decision‑making as the academic and health campuses align on this critical area of compliance.
