Integration Communications Team Formed

Dear Colleagues,

As the Integration Management Office (IMO) continues to support the tremendous work of the Task Forces, Working Groups, and Functional Integration process, there is growing need to support the expanded communications associated with these many groups and processes. I am excited to share that an Integration Management Office (IMO) Communications Support Team has been formed. This dedicated team will help manage the infrastructure needed to guide internal stakeholders through operational and functional changes over the coming years.

This special assignment includes two communications professionals from UTSA and two colleagues from UT Health San Antonio:

  • Lizette Yanes
  • Jennifer Meek
  • Debra Del Toro
  • Margaret Lamar

I offer my sincere appreciation to Senior Vice President Heather Adkins for her support in forming this talented team, which will focus on supporting the IMO to develop tools, templates and coordinated processes to support all integration efforts.

These communications professionals will work closely with the IMO team, including Megan Kinkade, Liz Rockstroh, Louie Rodriguez, Robert Neuhard, and Thea Lyssy to ensure a collaborative approach to integration management.

Please join me in welcoming the IMO communications team! I share my deep appreciation for their support of our transformative integration to serve as a world-class university.

Sincerely,

Veronica Salazar
