Office of the President

The Office of the President, led by Vice President for Presidential Initiatives and Chief of Staff Kathryn E. Keeton, PhD, has established a streamlined and sustainable organizational structure to support the priorities of the presidency. The office is organized to effectively coordinate presidential events, maintain a strong administrative and operations core, and lead key presidential initiatives aligned with institutional goals.

With this structure and operating model now in place, initial integration efforts have been successfully completed, enabling the team to operate with greater clarity and efficiency. The office is now well-positioned to focus its efforts on advancing UT San Antonio’s current Strategic Planning process and supporting the university’s long-term vision.
