Global Initiatives and International Services
Lisa Montoya, PhD, Vice Provost for Global Initiatives and Senior International Officer, leads the Global Initiatives and International Services Functional Integration Team (FIT). Upon launching the FIT, Montoya will provide strategic leadership to establish working groups as part of the discovery and design phase. These groups will focus on identifying quick wins, developing recommendations, creating implementation plans, and prioritizing integration efforts on a roadmap for the new operating model.
